Reflexology is unique for every person because every person is unique.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that deals with principal that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond with all the organs, glands and structures in the body.
Using a unique specialised thumb and finger walking and pressure technique on these reflexes, the therapist will be able to detect any areas of imbalance, treat them and restore the free flow of energy to the body creating balance and encouraging the body to heal itself.
Many of my clients come to me with particular conditions or symptoms that I work with and help to relieve, however Reflexology is also extremely relaxing and an excellent way to maintain balance within the mind and body, particularly with stressed or anxious clients.
“Approximately 75% of todays diseases are attributable to stress and tension.”

Specialist qualifications
I’m always looking to improve and add to my Reflexology toolkit. I’m qualified in several specialist Reflexology techniques, and am regularly learning to further expand my offerings.
Fertility
Reflexology can be effective in supporting hormone balancing, removing toxins from the body, and reducing stress in preparation for conception. Many of my clients have found success with fertility Reflexology.
Cancer and palliative care
Reflexology can be used to help manage pain, fatigue, quality of sleep, nausea/sickness and also alleviate discomfort after surgeries.
Cancer treatment side effects such as peripheral neuropathy caused by chemotherapy can also be improved and managed by Reflexology treatments.
The relaxing nature of Reflexology can reduce hyper-vigilance by calming the nervous system.
Pregnancy and labour care
Reflexology treatments throughout the pregnancy process can help relieve stress, nausea and regulating the nervous system.

The conditions Reflexology can help with continue to amaze me, and seeing my clients improved wellbeing and happiness during their journey with me has got to be the most satisfying part.
FAQs
Is Reflexology for me?
Reflexology is available for most people, from babies to the elderly. However if you’re receiving treatment for a condition, it is advisable consult your GP (or consultant) before having Reflexology (or midwife if pregnant). If you’re unsure, please contact me.
How long does a treatment last?
A Reflexology treatment is an hour.
What do I need to do after a treatment?
After a treatment your body will be clearing any released toxins so it’s recommended you drink plenty of water over the next 24-48 hours, and rest for the remainder of the day if possible.
What are your prices?
Please see price information on my treatments page.
How often should I have Reflexology?
If a particular condition is being addressed then I recommend that you commit to 3-5 consecutive weekly treatments to feel improvements; and then monthly maintenance treatments or when required.
A one-off treatment would achieve beneficial relaxation, comparable to a full body massage.
Where can I have my treatment?
I offer treatments in two clinic locations, and some home or workplace visits are available. Please see my booking page for information.
